Labels to use on your gluten free food!
Many of us Celiac folk live with a "normal" person and need to differentiate between our food products. Lucky for me I live with a wonderful man who has ventured into the gluten free world with me.
But, he does still have regular sandwich bread (in his designated section of the freezer), so he also has separate peanut butter, jelly and mayo.
Up until now we've been writing our names on our products to differentiate (his mayo says "Crozdizzle" haha, love it!). Because it's just the two of us and there's very few gluten containing products in our house, we'll likely continue in this way.
However, for those of you with a large group of non-Celiac, "normal," people in your home, this product may be a wise investment.
